Office Manager

Our client in Hoddesdon is seeking an Office Manager to work for their professional organisation based in Hoddesdon. Your role is to fully utilise your organisational ability managing day to day office activities, allocating team workloads, answer enquiries and improve internal processes where required. You will be responsible for tracking deliverables. You will coordinate with external IT providers, manage facilities and office suppliers. Helping with the chasing of overdue client accounts and assisting with the general wellbeing of the office environment. Support the recruitment function, onboarding and staff development. You will also assist with promotional activities and help to organise internal and external events. Ideally you will come from an Office Manager background, be comfortable coordinating a team and be used to working to deadlines. You will be a natural problem solver and be a collaboratie team player. Office hours 9-5 (early finish of 4pm on Friday) 25 days holiday (a certain number of days will need to be taken at Christmas) £40k-£45k salary depending on experience.
