Class 2 Driver

Class 2 Driver (Temp to Perm) – Driver Hire Colchester Driver Hire Colchester are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 2 (Category C) Driver on behalf of our client. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided and long-term career prospects. The Role: * Delivering plant and access machinery to customer sites * Loading and unloading equipment using beavertail lorries (full training provided) * Demonstrating machinery to customers where required * Providing excellent customer service at all times Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 07:30 – 17:30 (45 hours per week) * Overtime available for early starts and late finishes Pay & Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate (paid weekly via Driver Hire) * Temp-to-perm opportunity with a reputable company * 20 days holiday + bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown) * Full training provided Requirements: * Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence * CPC & Digital Tachograph card * Minimum age of 25 (insurance purposes) * Good communication skills and customer-facing attitude * Willingness to learn and develop new skills This is a fantastic opportunity for a driver looking to move into a specialist role with full training and long-term stability
