The role
Youll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the founders and kitchen team.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading service on the floor and setting the tone for the guest experience
Managing, training and developing a small FOH team
Driving a strong, knowledgeable wine and food culture
Overseeing rotas, labour control and service standards
Maintaining high levels of consistency, energy and attention to detail
Supporting recruitment and building a strong, positive team culture
Overseeing the care of the premises and fulfilling statutory duties
What were looking for
Proven experience as a Senior Manager. xwzovoh
Background in quality-led, independent or premium casual restaurants
A genuine interest in wine (confidence in discussing and selling is essential)
Strong floor presence and natural leadership style
Commercial awareness and ability to run a tight, efficient operation
Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
Strong IT skills
Be a Personal Licence Holder.
