Production Operative

Location: Exeter, UK Position: Temporary Rate: £12.75 p/h Recruitment Solutions in Exeter is working with a global leader in acoustic solutions, creating innovative products that transform spaces by reducing noise and enhancing design. Their Exeter facility is at the heart of our UK operations, and they are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join their growing team. The Role As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities * Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently * Assembling, cutting, and finishing. * Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. * Following health & safety procedures at all times. * Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
