About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our domiciliary care and supported living services. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage day-to-day operations, support and develop staff, oversee care planning and risk assessments, and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage domiciliary care and supported living services
Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and up to date
Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
Supervise, support, and develop staff teams
Conduct audits and implement quality improvements
Manage Rotas and contribute to service efficiency
Liaise with external professionals and attend reviews
Respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
Requirements Experience in domiciliary care and/or supported living
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Experience managing or supervising care staff
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident xwzovoh using IT systems
Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Experience with audits, compliance, and on-call duties
