Backed by a well-resourced pub company but operating with genuine character and independence, it's looking for a General Manager who will champion the dining experience, maintain exceptional standards, and become a genuine part of the neighbourhood fabric.
What you'll get up to Lead daily food and drink operations with a sharp focus on quality, consistency and guest experience
Drive the dining offer seasonal menus, brunch, garden events and private dining
Build and nurture relationships with a loyal and diverse local community
Coach and develop a front-of-house team to deliver warm, premium hospitality
Maintain the highest standards across food, drink and atmosphere
Bring your own personality and initiative while working within a supportive operational framework
Grow the pub's reputation through events, partnerships and genuine community presence
