About the role
Business Development & Account Manager – Waste Services
A growing company within the waste management and recycling sector is looking for a driven Business Development & Account Manager to support continued expansion across commercial waste services.
The Role
*
Develop new business opportunities across waste and recycling services
*
Manage and grow existing client accounts
*
Prepare quotations and build a strong pipeline
*
Advise customers on improving recycling performance and cost efficiency
*
Ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
*
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
*
Promote health & safety and high service standards
About You
*
Proven sales or account management experience (waste industry preferred)
*
Strong negotiation and closing skills
*
Self-motivated, target-driven and organised
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
*
IT literate and commercially aware
*
Understanding of environmental compliance and waste regulations
