We're Hiring! Contact Centre - Customer Service Advisor - On-going Temp role
Bristol - Old Market
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00-16:30) - paid at time and a half OR take a day off in the week!

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our customers. Your day-to-day will include:
Handling incoming calls - bookings, quotes, queries… you'll keep things moving and meet service levels
Following up on unconfirmed bookings to get appointments arranged
Validating job details - checking parts, insurance authorisations and everything needed for appointments
Managing incoming emails and responding promptly
Working closely with Branch Managers on booking updates or changes
Collaborating with branches to support Time to Serve (TTS) targets
Keeping accurate records and detailed job notes
Working safely and securely in line with data protection and company proceduresKey Performance Indicators
You'll be supported to succeed, and measured by:
Jobs validated and booked correctly
Productivity and utilisation
Same‑day email responses
Calls answered within Service Level Agreement
Fleet portal tasks completed before end of shift
Timely, accurate parts checks and process complianceYou'll handle sensitive information, so it's essential you follow GDPR and our internal privacy policies at all times.

Experience in a customer service or contact centre role
Confident, calm, professional communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
A positive, can‑do attitude
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Highly organised, great at multitasking, and steady under pressure
Customer‑focused and committed to high service standards
