Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Hours: Full Time & Part Time roles available (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to £29,670 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)

Role Overview
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel supported, valued and motivated to learn.
You will contribute to high-quality early years practice and help deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS principles
* Support children’s learning through play, exploration and daily routines
* Identify and maximise learning opportunities in everyday moments
* Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality environment
* Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all children is always prioritised
About You
We are looking for someone passionate, caring and committed to early years development.
You will have:
* A genuine passion for child development and early years care
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and children
* High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Must Haves
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working within Early Years across different age groups
