As Sous Chef you will:
Work closely under the Head Chef within a professional and well-equipped kitchen
Operate confidently across all sections, ensuring precision and consistency at every service
Assist with menu development, sourcing and seasonal updates
Lead, mentor, and support the brigade to deliver outstanding standards of service
Maintain excellent kitchen organisation, hygiene and food safety
Step in to manage service smoothly in the absence of the Head Chef
