This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys coding, shaping technical direction, and driving quality across delivery teams.

What youll be doing: Providing technical leadership within Agile scrum teams delivering Salesforce solutions Designing and building scalable, secure Salesforce implementations Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations Owning code quality, conducting reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed Supporting DevOps and release processes (Copado, CI/CD pipelines) Collaborating with stakeholders across product, architecture, and governance Identifying and managing technical risks while driving continuous improvement What theyre looking for: Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer Strong hands-on experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Salesforce integrations Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD within Salesforce Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in regulated environments (e.g.
