Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Sous Chef in Maidstone, you'll play a key role in this fast-paced pub kitchen:
Support senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead your section during service and maintain high standards
Train and mentor junior team members
Contribute to seasonal pub menus and daily specials
