Key Responsibilities Provide safe and effective nursing care in line with best practice standards
Support residents with both clinical and personal care needs
Work collaboratively with other nurses and the wider care team
Maintain accurate documentation and care records
Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home as a Registered Nurse
Requirements NMC- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
Previous post-registration nursing experience
Strong clinical knowledge and good judgement
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach
