This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to a firm that values quality service and long-term client relationships.   Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Scotland Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures Relevant legal qualification (e.g. Paralegal Certification or Law Degree) Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing   Competitive salary (£25,000 – £36,000 DOE) Company pension Flexible working options Career progression opportunities Support with external training and courses (subject to agreement) Free parking If you’re an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
