The ideal candidate will have some industry experience and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners. You will be expected to co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses, programmes and subjects and lead a successful team of staff to contribute to the college s expectations of quality.

Salary £20,713 - £23847 per annum Actual £39,302 - £45,250 per annum FTE Plus 28.7% Employer pension Contribution

Part time - 19.5 hours per week
