What will the Client Manager role involve?
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service standards are met at every touchpoint
Overseeing a portfolio of clients, managing their financial needs, and providing tailored advice to support their growth
Leading client meetings, identifying opportunities to offer additional value, and preparing detailed proposals
Supervising junior team members, offering guidance and mentoring to enhance team capability and cohesion
Ensuring all client deliverables, including reports and compliance documentation, are completed accurately and within deadlines
Suitable Candidate for the Client Manager vacancy:
Experience in a client-facing finance or accounting role
A good understanding of taxation, bookkeeping, and accounting principles
Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver excellent service
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Personable, confident, and proactive with a keen eye for detail
