Quantity Surveyor – Data Centres We’re working with a leading contractor in the data centre sector, delivering high-value, technically complex schemes across the UK and Europe. With turnover approaching £100m and a strong pipeline of secured work, this is a business in a genuine growth phase with long-term opportunity. They’ve built a solid reputation in the data centre space and continue to expand their footprint across Europe, giving you exposure to major projects and a fast-moving, specialist sector. You’ll be joining a well-structured commercial team, working under experienced leadership that understands how to run jobs properly and supports its people. The Role * Working on data centre projects * Full responsibility for CVRs and cost reporting * Subcontractor procurement, management, and negotiation * Variations, valuations, and final accounts * Working closely with project teams What They’re Looking For * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Strong commercial and reporting skills * Confident in managing and dealing with subcontractors * Able to operate independently on live projects * Data centre experience is beneficial, but not essential The Business * Leading contractor with a strong name in the market * Specialist focus on data centres * Growing presence across UK and Europe * Clear progression as the business continues to scale This is a business that values strong QSs — if you know how to manage the numbers and run your packages properly, you’ll do well here.
