Introductionto the role: We are looking for a detailed-focused Payroll Coordinator to join our people Team and play a key role in ensuring staff across the organisation are paid accurately and on time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes andwants to make a meaningful impact across our People, Finance, and operational functions.
Brief outline of the role: T he Payroll Coordinator is responsible forend-to-end payroll processing, pension administration, and key financial operations such as expenses and company credit card management. Working closely withstaffacross People, Finance, and ourfrontlineservices, the role ensureshigh standardsof accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.
You willbe the main point of contact for payroll queries, support internal and external reporting, and contribute tomaintainingfully compliant financial and payroll systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong working relationships, and developing efficient and reliable processes.
