Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Flexible on PQE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well established and highly regarded firm at its Pontypridd office.

This is a key appointment to support the Regional Partner and play an integral role within a busy and growing team.

The position offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy, working closely with an experienced conveyancing partner in a collaborative and forward thinking environment.

The firm has a strong reputation across South Wales for delivering high quality legal services to both private and commercial clients, with a particular emphasis on client care and long term relationships.

You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including matters such as unregistered land, leasehold transactions, new build properties, repossessions, receiver sales, adverse possession, easements and more complex or non standard cases.

Skills and experience You will demonstrate strong technical expertise across residential conveyancing and be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

A proactive and client focused approach is essential, along with excellent organisational and communication skills.
