About the Role An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our prestigious private members club located in the heart of London. We are seeking a passionate and skilled chef who thrives in a refined dining environment and is committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our discerning members.
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen brigade, taking responsibility for your section and contributing to the creation of outstanding dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities Run and manage your designated section to the highest standards

Prepare, cook and present dishes according to our specifications and recipes

Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control

Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants

Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas

Manage stock levels for your section and minimise waste

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Adapt to the demands of both la carte and event-based dining

About You Essential:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality establishment

Strong classical cooking techniques and knife skills

Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations

Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Passion for food and commitment to culinary excellence

Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Desirable: xwzovoh
Experience in fine dining, hotels, or private members clubs

Knowledge of seasonal British ingredients and modern European cuisine

Level 2 Food Safety certification

Creative flair and interest in menu development
