We are currently recruiting a on behalf of our client for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established care setting where delivering high-quality, person-centred care is a top priority.
The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive nursing team, providing a high standard of care to residents while promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards Support residents with their clinical and personal care needs Work collaboratively with the wider care team Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the home Maintain accurate care records and uphold professional standards Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and patient-focused approach
