SEND Transformation LeadBromley | 36 hours | £526.56 per dayHybrid: 2 days in the office per weekRole Overview We are seeking an experienced SEND Transformation Lead to drive and embed transformational change across SEND services, with a key focus on stabilising and improving newly restructured Statutory SEND Teams. This is a high-impact role requiring strong operational leadership and change management expertise. You will ensure new structures, processes, and ways of working are effectively implemented and embedded, delivering sustainable improvements in performance, service quality, and outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Alongside the statutory restructure, you will also support wider SEND transformation initiatives in response to evolving service priorities.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of SEND service transformation, particularly within statutory teams
• Embed new structures, processes, and ways of working to improve performance and delivery
• Provide hands-on operational leadership during periods of change and transition
• Drive service improvement, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support continuous improvement across SEND services

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience within SEND services, including strong knowledge of statutory processes
• Proven track record of leading or supporting service restructures
• Demonstrable experience in change management within complex operational xwzovoh environments
• Strong working knowledge of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice
• Ability to embed sustainable change and support teams through transition
