Now, with big expansion plans in motion, they’re looking for a team of four dynamic Junior Account Managers to join the team and play a key role in their next stage of hyper-growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of approximately 60 customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and achieving your sales target.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities to provide additional IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximising revenue opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services into your customer base.
- Introduce the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to customers and facilitate meetings and discussions around their cyber security needs.
