M&E Engineering Supervisor – Waterloo – High-End Residential Environment Experienced Needed - 60K We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a prestigious, high-end residential estate in Waterloo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong leader who can manage a small team while maintaining exceptional standards across landlord and tenant services. The Role Reporting directly to the Building Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering operations across a premium residential estate, including some mixed-use elements. You’ll lead a team of engineers, ensuring all maintenance is delivered to a high standard while keeping the team motivated, accountable, and performing effectively. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of on-site engineers Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Ensure landlord services are maintained to a high standard, with tenant works managed and quoted correctly Act as the technical lead on site, supporting fault finding and complex issues Drive performance, standards, and accountability within the engineering team Liaise closely with the Building Manager and wider estate team About You Strong technical background in either high-end residential or premium commercial environments with previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineering role Apprenticeship or higher qualification in electrical engineering NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 minimum. Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH, SSSTS, or NEBOSH) preferred. Proven ability to lead in-house teams and external contractors, maintaining compliance and service excellence. Strong working knowledge of statutory systems (L8, EICR, SFG20, LOLER, PUWER, building regulations). Experience using CAFM systems and reactive maintenance systems.
