As a Science ECT, you will:
Deliver high-quality lessons that secure strong academic outcomes
Develop subject knowledge through a structured ECT programme
Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and address gaps
Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum delivery
The successful candidate will:
Hold UK QTS and a Science-related degree
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry or Physics
Be an ambitious ECT keen to develop in a high-performing environment
