This home supports Children & Young People who have gone through complex trauma or exploitation.
Your team will support the CYP through Trauma-informed care and a Therapeutic model.
This is a unique service that receives weekly clinical support, from an in-house Therapist and Psychologist as well as our Specialist Advisors who can support up-skilling your teams knowledge.
Your Role as a Senior Registered Manager: Lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring children receive outstanding care, support and guidance tailored to their individual needs.
Be the voice and advocate for both your team and the children, creating a home where safety, respect and aspirations thrive.
Empower your team to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care that leads to real, lasting outcomes.
Build a home culture that is warm, inclusive, and resilient, where young people feel safe, valued and inspired.
Oversee all operational aspects, including safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and team development.
Mentor and develop staff, cultivating future leaders through coaching, supervision and training (including QCF Level 3 facilitation).
Lead service development, budget management and continuous improvement across all areas of home performance.
Your skills A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Registered Manager.
Achieved Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
Experience working with complex trauma Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
Experience of budgets and financial management. xwzovoh
