Are you an Account Handler or similar who is Diploma CII qualified, looking to join a successful family-owned Brokers who value their staff through hybrid working, offering great work/life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly specialist team, with a wealth of insurance experience, your responsibilities will include developing and building client relationships and general customer needs, renewals, new policies etc. Overall there is an expectation to develop your own network with new B2B clients, ensuring stellar client service is maintained throughout.

This role would suit an Account Handler or similar who is Diploma CII qualified, looking to work for a smaller firm who value thier staff through hybrid working and treating you with respect for your experience.
The role:

• Developing and building current client relationships
• Identify and explore new business opportunities
• Managing customer needs - renewals, new policies
• Training and progression routes
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Hybrid after probation WFH 2 days a week

The person:

• Account Handler or similar
• Diploma II qualified & Commercial Insurance background
