CRM Architect

We’re looking for a hands-on Domain Architect (Solutions Architect) to contribute to shaping the future of Reward Gateway’s technology landscape. You will be part of the team defining and implementing architectural solutions that support platform modularisation, authentication, CRM and marketing integrations, and scalable system design. You’ll work with engineering and product teams to turn ideas into practical, high-impact solutions. Address multi-program user scenarios and SSO challenges across web and mobile platforms, in coordination with the group strategy on the topic Platform Architecture Integration & Data Connectivity Architect integrations with CRM tools (Braze, Heap.Championing technology standards and patterns across engineering teams Guide engineering teams on architectural best practices Participate in architecture review processes and approval workflows Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and patterns, identifying and controlling divergences from established patterns A proven track record and senior-level expertise in software architecture roles within large-scale cloud-native platforms.
