Multi-counter, chef-led retail food concept.

Modern, well-equipped and forward-thinking kitchen.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have real ownership of the food offer.
Lead the full kitchen operation as Retail Head Chef.
Drive innovation across multiple food counters and concepts.
Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing brigade.
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all services.
Support and deliver premium hospitality and events.
Manage food cost, GP, stock control and kitchen performance.
Work closely with senior leadership on food strategy.
Maintain high standards of food safety and compliance.
About You
Proven experience as a Head Chef within high-volume B&I contract catering.
Background in multi-outlet, retail or chef-led food concepts.
Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
