An established housebuilder, with continued growth plans, is keen to recruit a dynamic Senior Land Manager with a proven track record of acquiring immediate land. The company produce an excellent product, in desirable locations, and have significant funding available, ensuring quick approval. This opportunity would suit either a Land Manager looking for the next step in their career, or a Senior Land Manager wishing to join a growing company. You will be responsible for: Identification and initial assessment of land for residential development across the Northamptonshire, Cambridge, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire areas Negotiating contracts to achieve the most favourable terms and conditions Responsible for projects from initial site identification, appraisal and approval, acquisition and achieving implementable planning permission Be highly visible within the land and professional community, consistently developing your network The role represents an great opportunity to join a well-respected growing business who are well funded and stable in the current economic climate. You will have a proven track record of acquiring small to medium sites and have an established network of contacts within the region.
