We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant & Bar Manager to join a quality-driven boutique hotel in Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established operation, overseeing the restaurant, bistro, and meetings space within a relaxed yet high-standard environment.

What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Restaurant, Bar, or Assistant Manager within a quality-led environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Confident managing day-to-day operations across multiple outlets
Good understanding xwzovoh of KPIs, budgets, and performance management
Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service
