About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join the Sales Leadership Team. This is a key position within the dealership, offering the chance to make a real impact while working alongside an established and successful team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to drive consistent financial performance within the Sales department
• Support and guide Sales Executives in structuring high-quality, compliant deals
• Ensure strong customer qualification and accurate part-exchange appraisals
• Oversee finance conversations, ensuring they are clear, professional, and tailored to customer needs
• Maintain a disciplined and consistent sales process across the team
• Contribute to both volume and profitability targets while upholding excellent customer outcomes

About You

• Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Sales Controller within a retail sales environment
• Proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable financial performance
• Commercially aware with a structured, organised approach
• Confident working within a regulated environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on professionalism xwzovoh and accountability
• Experience within a group or multi-brand automotive environment is advantageous but not essential
