Salary: £18–£22 per hour + Overtime + Benefits
The Opportunity
NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire business who are looking to bring an experienced Plant Fitter into their Bradford workshop.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy depot with a strong fleet, consistent workload, and plenty of overtime available.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of plant equipment within the workshop.
Key responsibilities include:
• Service, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery
• Diagnosing faults across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring machines are ready for hire
• Supporting breakdowns when required
• Completing job sheets and maintaining high workshop standards
The Candidate
We're looking for a solid all-round engineer who is comfortable working on a variety of plant equipment.
Ideal background:
• Experience working on excavators, dumpers, rollers or similar plant xwzovoh
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Previous plant hire or workshop experience
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent) – desirable
• Reliable, hands-on, and team-focused
