Job Title: Drama Teacher Location: Rugby Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term Contract) Start Date: September 2026 Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Rugby on a maternity cover basis. The successful candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for the performing arts and a commitment to delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that inspire creativity and confidence in students. You will be responsible for teaching Drama across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, encouraging students to develop performance, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
