Join our team as Finance Business Partner (Rents and Service Charges) We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our rents and service charges activity. This role plays an important part in helping teams make informed decisions, ensuring financial information is clear, accurate and easy to understand. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing financial insight, challenge and support to help deliver fair, transparent and well-managed services.

Key Responsibilities Provide clear financial advice and support on rents and service charges to operational teams
Prepare, review and explain budgets, forecasts and financial reports in a straightforward way
Support the setting, monitoring and reconciliation of rent and service charge income and costs
Work with colleagues to improve financial processes, controls and data quality
Identify financial risks or issues early and help develop practical solutions
Support year-end processes, audits and statutory reporting where required

What youll need to succeed Experience of working in a finance role, with responsibility for budgets, reporting or financial analysis
Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
Strong attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to work
Confidence working with financial systems and Microsoft Excel (or similar tools)
Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
A proactive mindset, with the willingness to question, challenge and improve ways of working
