Key Responsibilities
Ensure pool safety and maintain a welcoming, high-standard environment for all residents and guests.
Provide exceptional 5-star customer service at all times.
Monitor and follow health & safety protocols, including pool testing and water safety procedures.
Assist with poolside duties, cleaning, and general upkeep of the leisure club.
Support front desk operations, handling guest queries, answering calls, and performing administrative tasks.
What You Need

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) - Essential
Experience in a 5-star leisure, hospitality, or customer service setting.
A professional, well-presented appearance and strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
