We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded National Account Manager to play a key role in driving UK growth. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on execution, managing key account relationships, guiding an external sales agency, and shaping the commercial strategy of a brand that’s making a real difference in the market. You’ll be part of a high-energy, ambitious team, helping the business grow its presence, impact, and reputation across multiple channels. Lead and inspire the 3rd-party sales agency to deliver exceptional results across retail, convenience, and on-trade accounts. Monitor sales performance closely, taking action to hit targets, grow distribution, and improve rate-of-sale. Support and lead customer negotiations, joint business plans, and the sell-in of exciting new products. Collaborate with the Commercial Director on pricing, trade terms, and channel profitability to maximise growth. Partner with marketing to ensure brand plans are aligned with channel strategies and customer needs. Oversee trade marketing campaigns, making sure activations land effectively at point of sale. Turn customer and shopper insights into actionable strategies to drive commercial performance. Protect and champion brand integrity while pushing sales growth and market presence. 5+ years experience in FMCG sales, commercial or account management roles, preferably in drinks or food sectors. ~ Proven experience managing key accounts, national accounts, external sales agencies or distributors or similar ~ Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, trade terms, and P&L delivery. ~ Demonstrated ability to influence and lead national account relationships successfully. ~ Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about purpose-led brands. ~ Positive, high-energy, and flexible, with occasional UK travel as required.
