This really is an opportunity that doesnt come around very often!!! If youre a Head Chef with Michelin or Rosette experience, looking to break into the world of Contract Catering, this is definitely the role for you
My client is an independent Contract Caterer, who is looking for an absolute superstar to lead the food offering in one of their leading contracts. They are looking for a culinary mastermind to bring a fresh approach to this staff dining operation, where you can bring all of the flair from your Fine Dining background to the table.
The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ experience;
Currently at Head level
Have a proven background in Fine Dining
Full of flair and innovation when it comes to creating menus
Managed teams of 10+
A strong people Manager, who remains calm in a demanding environment
Working predominantly day time only, with any occasional evenings being paid overtime. xwzovoh This is a 7 day operation, with weekends being worked on a rotational basis, with you most likely doing 1-2 per month
