You will be instrumental in leading the operation to deliver a memorable guest Experience. xwzovoh You will lead from the front, being a key part of service, and be a leader to the team around you in the absence of the General Manager.
What were looking for in Assistant General Manager candidates
A proven track record within quality food focused hospitality venues

Gastro pub experience prefered

Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and cellar management

Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail

Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers

Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team to achieve great results
