Chef De Partie required for a fresh food, Rosette level kitchen. This Chef De Partie role has parking on site and paying a package of upto £38k . The kitchen cooks fantastic fresh food, presented in a rosette way and has good learning opportunity to develop in other sections.

The role As a Chef De Partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will prep your section for service, you will cook at a Rosette level in service and ensure everything is of a rosette level. This role will include all the standard Chef De Partie duties.
Experience We are looking for a Chef De Partie from a fresh food background, ideally with Rosette as well and good knife skills.
