Customer Relationship Manager

Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a force within the UK fuel industry, expanding quickly and strengthening their presence nationwide. To support this growth, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Customer Relationship Manager to join the Sheffield office. This is a key role where your work will directly contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities * Client Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, professionally, and with a solutions‑focused approach. * Relationship Management: Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. * Account Management: Manage existing accounts, understand client needs, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling. * Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to help achieve business and revenue targets. * Customer Retention: Support engagement strategies that improve client experience and retention. * Order Processing: Accurately manage and process client orders. * Administration: Maintain schedules, documentation, and general office administration. * Team Support: Provide cover for colleagues to ensure seamless client service. * Additional Duties: Undertake tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
