Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Harwich starting in June. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a nurturing environment with access to strong support and ongoing professional development.

They are looking for a passionate teacher with effective behaviour management skills and a desire to inspire young learners.

CONTRACT DETAILS

  • Location - Harwich
  • Position - Year 4 Primary School Teacher
  • Type of work - Class teaching
  • Start date - June
  • Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
  • Full time/part-time - Full time
  • Minimum rate of pay - £160 - £220 a day depending on experience
  • Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school (KS2 experience desirable)
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references
