Key responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through business development and account management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to placement.
Deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Develop your market knowledge and establish yourself as a specialist within your sector.
Achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs.

Candidate profile:
Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A commercial mindset with the confidence to win and develop business.
Resilience, ambition and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Must live within commuting distance of Dartford.
Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available
