Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Location: Oxfordshire - Hybrid

Salary: £45K-£65K + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving new business across a wide range of commercial insurance risks
  • Building and growing your own client portfolio through proactive business development
  • Designing tailored insurance solutions that deliver genuine value to clients
  • Representing the business at prospect meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  • Collaborating closely with a supportive, knowledgeable team
  • Playing a key part in delivering ambitious growth targets

What you’ll need

  • A proven track record in commercial insurance sales or new business development
  • Strong technical knowledge across key commercial insurance classes
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with genuine drive to succeed
  • The confidence to work autonomously within a close, collaborative environment
