The Role: Business Development Representative (German Speaking):
Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using established qualification criteria.
Pitch the company's vision and help our diverse customer base realise deep value from the platform.
Utilise active listening skills to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our platform can solve their business problems.
Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide the best possible first impressions and content for new customers.
The ability to communicate in both German and English is crucial for this role, as successful candidates in similar sales roles require strong bi-lingual skills.
~ Fluency in English and German is mandatory. You must be able to demonstrate business fluent English alongside excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German.
Benefits Package:
Highly Competitive Salary: £42,000 base with a £70,000 total package (including OTE of £28,000).
