Our Client is seeking an Adults Social Work Team Manager to join their Mental Health Team.

Fantastic payrate of £40 per hour.

This is a Hybrid Working Role!

Responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the mental health social work team.
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance against set targets and standards.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and case reviews.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide integrated services.

Requirements of this role:

Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.

Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Must have previous experience managing a team of social workers.

Must have a clean enhanced DBS.
