Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Customer Service Executive: * Previous experience in a customer service role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Zendesk (or similar CRM tools). * Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
