£65,000 + £10,000 Annual Bonus (Inclusive of Tronc)

Host Staffing is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded premium pub group to recruit an exceptional General Manager .
This opportunity offers the chance to lead one of their beautiful, characterful pubs located across West London , each known for its strong community following, quality food and drink offering, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Our client is seeking a driven, hands-on and commercially minded General Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record of leading successful pub operations. This role provides real autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing and supportive business.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium, food-led pub or gastro pub environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent commercial acumen, including P&L management, labour control, stock management and achieving KPIs
A guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering consistently high standards of service
Experience working within independent or quality-led pub groups is highly advantageous
What's On Offer:
Competitive salary of £65,000 per annum , inclusive of tronc, depending on experience
Additional annual bonus of £10,000 , performance-related
