Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Cardiff, South Wales Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Cardiff and the wider South Wales region. What's on Offer * £30,000 - £37,000 salary (DOE) * Company vehicle provided * Balanced surveying and analytical workload * Well-structured diary and workload planning * Supportive team environment * Long-term, permanent position The Role * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance * Undertake air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling in line with HSG248 * Work across a range of commercial and mixed-use properties * Produce clear and compliant survey and analytical reports * Ensure all work is completed in line with current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance Requirements * BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent) * Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor, Analyst, or in a dual role * Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance * Ability to manage workload independently * Full UK driving licence If this role interests you, or if you are interested in hearing about other Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst opportunities, please contact Aidan Morgan on (phone number removed) or email .
