At NYX Hotel London Holborn, we're looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
If you're an inspiring cook ready to take the next step in your career and act as a leader in our kitchen, this is your opportunity to grow within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting operations across our main restaurant, Midtown, as well as events at our rooftop venue, Sabine Rooftop Bar, and other services as required.

What you'll be doing:

Building strong working relationships with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team
Sharing your knowledge and skills to support and develop those around you
Showcasing your creativity and culinary expertise in a busy, high-quality environment
Acting as a key connector within the team, helping to create a positive and collaborative culture
Maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional food quality across all outlets

A passionate and driven chef who is eager to develop
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail
The confidence to step up and support leadership within the kitchen
